Well, at least they're honest about it. I just received a piece of spam plugging Russian penny stocks from something signing itself as Alden Hightower. The subject line: "Fwd:courteous swindle".

Debrett's decodes those post-nominal initials used as terms of honor in Britain (VC, OBE, etc.) and gives the correct order in which they should be used to address someone. (Thanks to things magazine.)
